HP Byron Nelson TouchSmart Touch Screen PC AIR Application Launched!
I created, designed, and developed a new HP TouchSmart Adobe AIR Touch Screen Application for the 2009 HP Byron Nelson Championship. I also created several additional Windows Applications (using VB.NET 3.5) for installation and deployment of the software via the web, including a custom updater application.
A significant milestone was achieved on this project for handling the entire installation via web deployment of Adobe AIR Runtime using a custom Windows Application, which managed all aspects of the complicated install required for AIR, Flash, and Applications on HP’s x64 Vista TouchSmart Touch Screen PC’s.
My specific roles on this project were:
