~ Chris Anderson, Communications Director, The Marketing Arm 2009
“To say Randall is great to work with is not accurate. Randall is wonderful to work with and our history in working together proves it. We gave Randall the concept and he provided insight, suggestions and creativity to the project to make it award winning.”
~ Sarah Dudley, Senior Account Executive, The Marketing Arm 2009
“Randall is one of the most intelligent, dedicated digital developers I’ve worked with. His unique ability to think both creatively and technically, combined with his nearly encyclopedic knowledge of interactive media makes him an extremely valuable resource.”
~ LD, Freelance Interactive Developer, Tribal DDB 2008
“Randall is a rare breed.  He is very smart and extremely dedicated to what he does. Unlike many, though, Randall strives to ensure that the product is developed and working to its utmost efficiency and usability. Randall made my job much, much easier.”
~ Wayne Duffey, Freelance QA Specialist, Tribal DDB 2008
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Randall on multiple occasions, all of which have been a positive and rewarding experience. While he is highly capable of developing beautifully rich and dynamic applications with, what seems to me, the greatest of ease, he also brings to the table a strong sense of design and creativity. Beyond production, he is an excellent strategic planner, quick to discover multiple viable solutions to the most challenging issues.”
~ Jonathan Stefaniak, Senior Designer, Blockdot 2007
“Randall is not only a capable and well versed individual in the interactive realm, he is also someone who consistently delivers exceptional work on every project. The dedication and problem solving skills make Randall a valuable asset to any team.”

I just finished up a new motion graphics video “The Resume Reel”. I used Maya/Mental Ray to model and render the room. The motion graphics were composited in After Effects CS4, Premiere CS4, Combustion 4, and Maya.  The video is in the F4V streaming Flash video format and was encoded using the Adobe Media Encoder CS4 package for rendering/converting After Effects projects in real-time.
